Description
Marvell is hiring a Principal Test Engineer for its New Product Introduction test engineering team, focusing on AI compute, server, and network processor products. The role leads ATE test solution development and hardware design for Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms, defines test methodologies, collaborates with product, hardware, design, and firmware teams, translates simulation patterns into production test programs, and optimizes test flows and yields. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field with 10–15 years of experience, or a master’s/PhD with 5–10 years, plus at least six years of Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX test program development experience and strong ATE, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing expertise. The expected base pay is $136,880–$205,000 per year, with bonus and equity plans available.
