Description
The role leads testing, configuration, setup, qualification, debugging, root-cause analysis, and automation for silicon photonic integrated circuits and related optical and electrical characterization systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or physics field and at least 10 years of hands-on laboratory experience in photonics, semiconductor, or optoelectronic device testing, along with expertise in laboratory instrumentation and automated test development using Python, LabVIEW, or similar scripting. The position is hybrid, may require occasional travel or overtime, and involves interaction with team members and external contacts.
