Description
Renesas Electronics Americas is hiring a Test Engineer for its Hi-Rel Space Product and Test Engineering Group in Palm Bay, Florida. The role develops test methodologies, schematics, PCB layouts, hardware, characterization and production test programs, load boards, GR&R studies, and transient analysis, while correlating bench measurements and transferring solutions to production. The position requires a BSEE and at least 12 years of experience creating test solutions in an automated semiconductor test environment, with prior work on analog, mixed-signal, and power ICs; experience with 93k, Cohu DiamondX, ETS364, or Teradyne microFLEX is preferred.
