Description
Renesas is hiring a Principal Test Engineer to define and deliver robust, cost-effective production test solutions for semiconductor products from concept through mass production and sustaining support. The role owns the test strategy, ATE test development, test hardware, validation, qualification, production release, test-cost optimization, and industrial activities, while leading cross-functional technical decisions and risk resolution. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics or electrical engineering, at least 15 years of semiconductor test engineering experience, and experience with ATE platforms, SoC and MCU test solutions, test hardware, manufacturing release, and yield-management tools.
