Description
The Principal Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer will lead technical execution for weapon test systems across laboratory, development, and production environments. The role supports requirements definition, test equipment design and integration, system-level test setup, deployment, and delivery of test environments for tactical software development and missile delivery support. Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, coordinating with program and IPT leadership, managing scope and technical execution, conducting reviews and change control, and providing technical guidance. The position requires an active and transferable Secret clearance, at least 10 years of relevant engineering or technical leadership experience, and experience with test systems, test equipment, and hardware and software development and integration.
