Description
TRC Advisory is hiring Principal Consultants to lead complex growth and performance strategy engagements for senior client executives, manage project teams and delivery, develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps, and build client relationships and revenue opportunities. The role also includes mentoring consultants, contributing to business development and firm growth, and traveling to client sites approximately three to four days per week. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of management consulting or relevant industry experience, experience leading strategy or business transformation engagements, executive client relationship and team leadership experience, business development experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
