Renesas Electronics is hiring a Principal Validation Engineer for its new Design Center in Catania to lead post-silicon validation of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power management integrated circuits. The role defines validation strategies and roadmaps, develops test architectures and automation, leads complex silicon and system-level investigations, supports NPI and product releases, and provides technical leadership and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, 12–15 years of relevant experience, expertise in semiconductor validation and laboratory instrumentation, strong Python and hardware debugging skills, and experience mentoring engineers. The expected annual pay range is €75,000–€100,000, with bonus eligibility.
