Description
Honda is hiring a Lead Vehicle Frame Engineer to lead vehicle frame design and development, coordinate engineering, testing, production, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders, and serve as the primary technical authority for vehicle platform integration. The role includes project management, CATIA model and drawing approval, technical specification setting, supplier oversight, test-result review, and acceptance readiness. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 12 years of automotive or powersports experience, vehicle frame development experience, and cross-functional project leadership; CATIA 3D experience is highly desired. The position is based at Honda’s Marysville, Ohio office, requires at least four days per week onsite, and may allow one remote workday per week with prior approval.
