Baxter is hiring a Principal Product Cybersecurity Engineer to own and direct cybersecurity design, architecture, analysis, and governance for medical devices, digital platforms, and connected healthcare solutions. The role leads security initiatives from concept through deployment, performs threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, secure code analysis, and risk management, supports compliance audits, and mentors cross-functional engineering and technical teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of experience in software development, cybersecurity engineering, product security, or secure software development lifecycle activities, and expertise in application security, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and security tools.
