Description
The Principal Mechanical Engineer – Well Completion Products will lead the mechanical design, development, optimization, and qualification of downhole equipment such as packers and completion tools. The role covers advanced FEA, stress, fatigue, failure, material, pressure, sealing, and reliability engineering; API, ISO, and customer compliance; cross-functional product integration; engineering standards; field troubleshooting; and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least 15 years of progressive mechanical engineering and technical leadership experience, extensive Oil & Gas and Well Completion Products experience, and CAD proficiency.
