Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Principle Validation Engineer to develop and execute post-silicon electrical validation tests for connectivity products used in artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. The role is responsible for validating parametric device performance and margins, certifying product conformance, automating IC and board testing, designing experiments to root-cause unexpected behavior, reporting results, and collaborating with internal customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least 10 years of experience with complex SoC or silicon products and high-speed interfaces, and expertise in Ethernet, PCIe, SerDes, signal integrity, bench automation, and high-speed laboratory equipment.
