optimal media is hiring a Print Customer Service Specialist to serve as the interface between technical teams, procurement, sales, suppliers, and partners. The role calculates complex print and packaging projects, evaluates production methods and materials, develops cost-optimized solutions, coordinates with internal departments, and identifies optimization potential in estimating and production. Candidates need training or a degree in printing/media technology, packaging technology, or a comparable qualification, several years of experience in print or packaging production, strong knowledge of materials and production processes, and confidence with costing and ERP systems. The position is available at sites in Röbel/Müritz, Hamburg, or Berlin.
