Mitchell Companies is hiring a full-time Print Shop Specialist to produce signs, banners, graphics, decals, and promotional products. The role operates printers, cutters, and laminators; prepares and inspects files and finished products; cuts, trims, laminates, mounts, packages, and prepares products for delivery; maintains equipment and supplies; and assists with customer communication, deliveries, and installations. Print shop, sign shop, production, or graphic design experience is preferred, along with digital or wide-format printing and Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop knowledge. The position offers an annual salary of $45,000–$50,000 and requires successful background screening and drug testing.
