The role involves preparing presses, managing and leading the printing process, coordinating with reel and dispatch operators, performing preventive maintenance, reporting downtime, and contributing to process improvements. The position requires independent, proactive work, strong communication, safety awareness, and willingness to work rotating three shifts.
