The Printer Service Technician provides responsive technical support and maintenance for printing equipment and network connectivity. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing office printers and related hardware, maintaining equipment uptime, communicating with customers and internal teams, logging tickets, reporting parts usage, and completing meter readings. Candidates should have mechanical and electrical aptitude, networking basics, customer service and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. An associate’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience with office equipment, customer service, and hardware repair.
