Description
The Printing Manager leads Freshtech’s printing operations from pre-press submittals through finished flexible-film production, supervising press teams and coordinating with design, customer service, suppliers, and external partners. The role owns quality, safety, cost, productivity, and continuous-improvement performance; manages workflows, budgets, equipment upgrades, and departmental KPIs; and requires at least five years of flexographic printing, prepress, or print-production experience. The position involves occasional overnight and daily travel, physical work in a printing environment, and offers medical, dental, vision, HSA, and retirement benefits.
