Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Printing Operations Supervisor, internally known as a Performance Coach, to lead safe and efficient industrial printing press operations at its Dixie Products manufacturing facility in Darlington, South Carolina. The role manages approximately 25 employees on shift, oversees shift performance, production quality, labor costs, safety, compliance, training, and operational capability, and collaborates with manufacturing engineers and other support functions. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment, leadership experience with direct reports, people-management experience, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with Kronos, SAP, ICPAQs, or other CMMS systems is advantageous.
