Description
The Operator will work in a modern printing production environment, operating, adjusting, and monitoring production machines; preparing workstations; following work instructions and customer specifications; maintaining a clean and safe workspace; reporting quality, material, or production issues; and contributing to efficiency, quality, and safety improvements. The role requires technical education at A2 level or relevant experience, flexibility for alternating morning and afternoon shifts, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to hygiene rules. After in-house training, the Operator works independently, with the prospect of a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
