Outlook Group is hiring experienced Narrow Web Flexo Printing Press Operators to set up and operate a Mark Andy narrow-web flexographic press for pressure-sensitive, peel-and-reseal, and variable-data labels. The role includes press setup, ink and web adjustments, quality verification, troubleshooting, production recordkeeping, and safety compliance while working on custom packaging for food and beverage, personal care, and consumer healthcare. Applicants need at least two years of narrow-web flexographic press experience, with Mark Andy press experience preferred, and the position offers 2nd- and 3rd-shift opportunities with flexible 8- or 10-hour schedules.
