The role oversees daily operations, leads and trains the operational team, monitors production and printing machines, coordinates print orders, performs troubleshooting, ensures quality and deadlines, and coordinates with management. Candidates need operational leadership or foreman experience, technical understanding of printing or production, hands-on work habits, strong computer skills, decision-making ability, and excellent German language skills.
