Description
Pure Infusion is hiring a Prior Authorization Specialist to manage a caseload of at least 30 active authorizations, interpret clinical documentation and payer policies, process step therapy and biologic therapy authorizations, handle appeals and denials, verify insurance benefits, and coordinate with providers and internal teams. The role requires 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience, direct prior authorization and biologic therapy experience, Salesforce, WeInfuse, and AMD experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Medical Assistant certification or formal training.
