Humata Health is hiring a Prior Authorization Workflow Consultant to support customer implementations and post go-live stabilization and maintenance. The role partners with hospital prior authorization staff to analyze workflows, referral volumes, payer mappings, and automation requirements; documents current and future-state processes; validates payer portals; creates credentials; and escalates issues to Engineering. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of prior authorization experience, Epic and payer portal knowledge, data analysis skills, and the ability to work remotely or hybrid in Orlando, Florida, with up to 25% travel.
