SERVPRO® Team Cuthbertson is hiring a full-time Priority Responder to respond urgently to residential leads, establish customer relationships, arrange service within one hour, arrive on-site within four hours, and provide a scope and estimate within eight hours. The role includes documenting losses, creating accurate sketches and estimates, coordinating with production teams, monitoring customer satisfaction, and maintaining job-site safety. A high school diploma or GED is required, an associate degree is preferred, and sales, communication, customer service, technology, and specialized software skills are needed. The position offers $60,000 plus 25%–40% bonus potential and medical, dental, vision, and workplace insurance benefits.
