Description
Axon is hiring its second dedicated Privacy & AI Counsel to join its Legal team and report to the VP of Legal Product & Innovation. The role partners with product, AI, and employment teams to embed privacy and ethical AI into products and operations, advises on AI training data and outputs, implements privacy workflows such as impact assessments, DSARs, DPAs, and third-party reviews, and supports incident response and remediation. The position requires a JD, admission to and good standing with at least one United States state bar, at least three years of privacy or data protection law experience, global privacy-regulation experience, enterprise privacy implementation expertise, and fluency with AI tools. The role is based in Boston, New York City, Atlanta, or Sterling, with an in-office requirement four days per week from Tuesday through Friday.
