Description

This role involves operationalizing Private Bank support within a centralized team structure, reporting to the COO function. The individual will focus on streamlining the Private Bank process, partnering with Client Advisors to ensure a seamless onboarding journey, and providing essential services like processing client account maintenance requests and assisting with various aspects of the end-to-end onboarding process.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in private banking onboarding documentation process - handling account opening documentations
Excellent organizational and client servicing skills and ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively
Strong appreciation and in depth understanding of Private Banking business models and processes complemented by good program / project management skill sets
Good understanding of Private Banking process and controls, front-to-back and an appreciation of use of IT as an enabler.
Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to be hands on.
Good inter-personal and communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
Confident and able to interact with colleagues from other functional areas
