CareAparent is hiring a full-time Private Client Care Advisor in Woodbury, Minnesota, for an in-office and field role. The position focuses on internal and external communications to increase client census, including referrals, admissions, medical orders, insurance verifications, client intake, EMR entry, care planning, billing, complaints, and cancellations. It also involves prospecting, community events, CRM and lead-generation workflows, and maintaining relationships with referral sources and healthcare organizations. An associate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or healthcare is required, along with at least three years of sales or marketing experience, relationship-based service sales experience, and medical intake experience; home care experience is desirable. The salary is $80,000 per year plus an annual bonus opportunity.
