Commerzbank is hiring a Private Customer Advisor to advise private customers through personal discussions across account openings, payments and transfers, savings deposits, installment loans, retirement and home savings, and securities. The role also includes banking operational tasks, involving specialists when needed, proactively approaching customers and prospects, supporting digital offerings, and providing self-help assistance. Candidates should have completed bank commercial training or an equivalent qualification, ideally at least one year of customer-oriented sales experience, along with sales experience, retail banking knowledge, strong customer orientation, PC and Office skills, and German language skills at least at C1 level.
