The Private Customer Bank Germany is hiring a Private Customer Advisor to provide digital and hybrid advice to private customers on accounts, services, personal loans, protection and insurance, and retirement provision products. The role manages customer pools, acquires customers for the digital omnichannel segment, conducts needs-based and closing-oriented advisory conversations, refers customers to specialists, supports colleagues, and assists with employee onboarding and planning. Applicants need a banking business apprenticeship or equivalent, expertise in digital consulting and personal loans, IDD certification, and strong knowledge of financing and retirement provision. The position is offered full-time and part-time.
