The role includes customer acquisition, relationship development, qualification for specialized units, appointment setting, regulatory compliance, and support for colleagues and RBC executives. Candidates need commercial banking training or a comparable qualification, expertise in digital advisory and personal loans, IDD certification, and strong sales and customer-orientation skills.
