StepStone Private Debt is seeking an intern to support private debt business development and product management activities in Zurich. The role involves working with senior professionals across research, investment, legal, compliance, monitoring, reporting, and sales to help present investment products to institutional investors and fulfill client requests, with a focus on improving efficiency through AI integration and automation, enhancing reporting and marketing materials, and contributing to customer-oriented analysis and monitoring. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a master's degree in quantitative finance or a related field, have strong analytical, project management, writing, and communication skills, and be able to work full-time for at least six months starting by the end of August 2026.
