Description
The Private Dining Lead serves as the liaison between Eataly’s event sales team and event execution team, coordinating client requests, communicating with sales teams and clients, developing menus and banquet event orders, and following up on special orders with management and the kitchen. The role requires at least one year of similar experience, hospitality or retail experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, computer proficiency, and availability for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
