Description
Orlando Capital is hiring a Private-Equity Intern to work in a portfolio company and contribute to operational value-creation and transformation initiatives. The intern will analyze business problems, lead end-to-end projects, identify quick wins, develop business cases, and prepare management and shareholder presentations. The role requires a student in the fourth semester of a bachelor’s degree or preferably a master’s degree, strong analytical and presentation skills, and fluent German and English. The internship lasts 3–6 months and offers direct collaboration with senior portfolio-company executives and former BCG, Bain, and McKinsey consultants.
