The Lake Superior YMCA is hiring a part-time Swim Instructor to lead and motivate students in swimming classes, prepare lesson plans, supervise class aides, maintain records, follow safety procedures, and organize pool equipment. The role requires a minimum age of 16, CPR/AED and YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid certifications, swim-instructor skills, and YMCA Swim Instructor v6 certification within six months of hire. Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications are required, while Oxygen certification is preferred.
