Description

The Financial and Business Advisor provides expert financial and business advice to AFCEC, Air Staff, and other DoD agencies on privatized military family housing. The role negotiates business and financial arrangements with senior management, bankers, brokers, and financiers; prepares pro forma financial projections; evaluates tax implications and federal and state laws; writes and reviews Requests for Proposals; and maintains liaison with DoD, departmental agencies, USAF, commands, and commercial firms. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11, knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, real estate joint ventures, tax matters, and Air Force privatization contracts, and must meet U.S. citizenship and other federal employment requirements.
