Description
CGIAR is seeking a consultant to produce an architectural blueprint and costed build roadmap for redesigning its Performance and Results Management System (PRMS). The role focuses on mapping user and reporting demand, assessing existing data and results frameworks, designing a modular, API-first, FAIR, and AI-orchestrable data layer, addressing heterogeneous W3/bilateral data, and recommending adoption-enabling changes. The consultant will review documentation, conduct interviews, co-design with PPT, and prepare a briefing deck for the Performance and Results Management Steering Group. The assignment lasts 6–8 weeks, has a USD 30,000 all-inclusive budget ceiling, and requires senior expertise in data architecture, API design, AI/ML pipelines, MEL, and organizational change in federated environments.
