Description
Environmental Design Group is seeking a PRN/as-needed Construction Engineer Level 2 to serve as the primary liaison between contractors and the engineer, coordinate inspections, verify compliance with state and federal specifications, analyze field data, support change orders, assist with dispute resolution and project closeout, and enter data into ODOT’s CMS/SITE MANAGER system. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, an Ohio Professional Engineer license, an ODOT Construction Engineer 2 credential, MS Office proficiency, and computer-aided design skills.
