Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides hands-on personal care and hygiene support to residents, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility; monitors resident needs; supports infection control; maintains a clean and safe environment; and collaborates with the care team. The role is PRN or as-needed in Wesley Willows, Rockford, Illinois, pays $18–$23 per hour plus shift differentials and experience credit, and requires current Illinois CNA certification, a clean IDPH background record, at least six months of skilled nursing facility experience, and strong communication skills.
