TRU Community Care is hiring a PRN PACE Clinic RN to provide skilled nursing care to PACE program participants in a Lafayette, Colorado clinic. The role includes hands-on patient care, medical and nursing care, case management, and care coordination while working with other clinic staff. The position offers PRN 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., pays $42.34 to $50.81 per hour, and requires a current Colorado RN license, successful position-specific competency performance, and background and drug screening.
