Valley View Hospital is hiring a PRN Financial Assistance Representative for its Patient Financial Services department in Glenwood Springs. The role assists patients with revenue-cycle questions and issues, handles unrelated patient calls, manages accounts using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Meditech, and communicates compassionately and professionally. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; admissions or billing experience in a healthcare setting and bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred. The position is day-shift, on-site only, and pays $20.00–$28.87 per hour plus a 14% PRN differential.
