Description
PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role conducting supervisory visits for home health aides and personal care aides in client homes, documenting performance, ensuring care plan adherence, reporting changes to nursing leadership, educating aides, and maintaining communication with clinical and office staff. The position requires a current Georgia LPN license, CPR and First Aid certification, 1–2 years of clinical experience preferably in home health or community-based care, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and observation skills.
