Description
The Greens at Weaverville is seeking a PRN Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and functional facility for residents and staff. The role includes grounds and facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, electrical and plumbing work, minor carpentry and painting, heating and cooling system troubleshooting, room setup, cleaning work areas, and other assigned maintenance duties. Candidates should have experience with general facility maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, building, painting, and HVAC systems.
