Description
The Medication Aide provides personal care and medication-related support to residents in a senior living community. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring resident safety and well-being, documenting changes in resident status, administering prescribed medications under nurse supervision, reviewing medication records, reporting resident concerns, and restocking medication supplies. The role requires state-required medication certification, English proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and one year of elder-care experience is preferred.
