DOCS Health is hiring independent-contractor Physician Assistants to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role primarily involves weekend work in West Virginia, with occasional weekday assignments as needed, and includes physical health assessments, medical-record review, interviews, identification of urgent concerns, and documentation of readiness classifications. The position requires an active PA license, CPR/BLS certification, adaptability to high-volume environments, and availability for travel and extended hours; primary-care, urgent-care, occupational-health, mobile-medical, military-systems, and weekend-travel experience are preferred. The role does not require diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications.
