Description
DOCS Health is hiring Physician Assistants as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role supports physical health assessments, reviews medical records and questionnaires, interviews service members, identifies urgent concerns including behavioral health, and documents readiness classifications. Work is primarily on weekends in Washington, with occasional weekday events, and may include remote military installations and travel. The position requires an active PA license, CPR/BLS certification, and adaptability to high-volume environments; primary care, urgent care, occupational health, mobile medical services, military systems knowledge, and weekend availability are preferred. Diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing medications is not required.
