DOCS Health is hiring Physician Assistants as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role primarily involves weekend work in Arkansas, with occasional weekday availability as needed, and includes physical health assessments, medical-record review, interviews, identification of urgent concerns, and documentation of readiness classifications. The position requires an active Arkansas PA license, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to work extended hours and travel to various locations, including remote military installations; primary care, urgent care, occupational health, mobile medical services, military systems, and travel experience are preferred. The role does not require diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications.
