Avante at Ormond Beach Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to assess residents with communication and swallowing disorders, interpret assessment results, design and implement treatment plans, document care, and communicate with the care team under physicians’ orders. The role requires a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, successful completion of the National Certification Examination for S.L.P., current state licensure or license eligibility, and 0–3 years of long-term care experience.
