Description
The Pro Advisor supports students’ transition to college and career by providing personalized transitional advising, reviewing degree plans, monitoring academic progress, coordinating with faculty and campus resources, and intervening when students face obstacles. The role requires a master’s degree in education, counseling, student development, or a related field, at least two years of higher-education academic-support or advising experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canvas, Jenzabar, and early-alert tools. It is a full-time, exempt position with a budgeted annual salary of $45,000 to $48,000 for a bachelor’s degree plus experience or $50,000 to $55,000 for a master’s degree plus experience, along with leave, tuition remission, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
