Description
The Pro Bono Mentor is a full-time legal support role based in the Florence Project’s Phoenix office, with occasional travel to Tucson and Florence, Arizona. The position mentors pro bono attorneys and law firms, supports case assignments and intake, maintains case records, provides immigration and juvenile-court technical assistance, and coordinates training and outreach. It requires a J.D., Arizona bar admission or waiver eligibility, at least two years of immigration or juvenile law experience, Spanish fluency, and a valid driver’s license. The salary is $77,875.20–$103,245.57 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
