Randstad is recruiting Process Engineers to work as consultants on full-time pharmaceutical manufacturing assignments in Södertälje, Strängnäs, and the Stockholm area. The role supports commercial production, process performance, deviation management, CAPA, qualification and validation, regulatory compliance, and digitalization. Candidates need a university degree in engineering or natural sciences, at least three years of regulated-industry experience, cGMP and validation experience, and strong Swedish and English skills. The assignment begins with a six-month probationary period and may transition to permanent employment.
