The Proactive Team Network Administrator is a senior technical role responsible for proactive monitoring, Tier 3 escalation support, automation, documentation, and mentoring technicians. The position requires at least five years of IT support, systems administration, network administration, or related experience, along with expertise in Windows Server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and scripting.
